Mr. Margolies is the Chief Executive Officer of Littlebanc Advisors, LLC. Littlebanc's mission is to provide high quality Wall Street investment banking and merchant banking services to small companies.  Mr. Margolies leverages his extensive expertise and deep professional relationships with many of Wall Street's most influential professionals, to enable Littlebanc's clients to meet their funding and M&A goals. Prior to founding Littlebanc, Mr. Margolies spent over twenty five years working as an investment professional as well as the CEO and founder of an equity research firm.  Mr. Margolies managed discretionary accounts worth hundreds of millions of dollars for both Oppenheimer and Company and M.A. Berman & Co., a boutique money management and brokerage firm. In 1995 Mr. Margolies founded Avalon Research Group, Inc., one of Wall Street's top-rated independent research companies with over 100 hedge fund and mutual fund clients. He served as founder & CEO of Avalon Research Group, Inc., until 2004 when he sold the company. During his long career, Mr. Margolies has been involved in hundreds of transactions as both a seller and a buyer of company equity and assets.  This background has given Mr. Margolies a unique skill set that he utilizes for Littlebanc's clients.  Mr. Margolies was also a founding member of Investorside Research Association, a non-profit trade association of investment research providers not engaging in investment banking.

Patricia Palmer brings more than 25 years of senior management, sales/marketing, and operational experience in leading technology companies, together with financial experience developed more recently at Morgan Stanley, Laird Capital, and Oceana Partners.  Ms. Palmer led technology business units/brands for some of the most respected companies in the world, as well as for start-up companies.    Her technology experience has included executive roles as:  Northeast Regional Sales Manager for Dell Corporation; Vice President, Sales & Marketing of the Global Telecommunications Group for Unisys Corporation; Vice President/General Manager of Publishing Software for Xerox Corporation; Vice President/General Manager of XSoft Company (a start-up company funded by Xerox to productize Xerox PARC technology); over 15 years with IBM Corporation where she held management roles in sales and marketing, including the role of Senior Manager of Worldwide Marketing & Product Management for the IBM PC and Branch Manager of a $400+million sales office.  Ms. Palmer is a member of the Board of Directors of the Enterprise Development Corporation and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research.

Nancy Hull brings to Littlebanc more than 10 years of experience in strategic analysis and equity research on both the buy and sell-side. With a proven track record of successful investment recommendations, Ms. Hull leverages her extensive sell-side experience and cultivated professional relationships to articulate the investment merits of Littlebanc’s clients to targeted Wall Street investors. In addition, she taps a deep knowledge of multiple industry sectors, with particular expertise in internet commerce, enterprise software, and biotechnology, gained as a publishing analyst. Most recently, Ms. Hull held the role of Sr. VP, Equity Research for Ladenburg Thalmann, where she managed a team of analysts initiating coverage of more than 40 names across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining Ladenburg, Ms. Hull served as Portfolio Manager for Reefbreak Management, LLC, where she oversaw the hedge fund's investments in the Information Technology and Telecommunication sectors. Previously, Ms. Hull was employed as a Managing Director for Avalon Research Group, an independent investment research boutique and brokerage firm that specialized in providing in-depth, fundamental equity research to hedge funds and institutional money managers. Complementing her investment experience, Ms. Hull also has five years of experience in the biotechnology industry as Manager, Competitive Intelligence for Transkaryotic Therapies (TKT, acquired by Shire Pharmaceuticals). While with TKT, Ms. Hull conducted competitive analysis and market research in support of business development and strategic planning activities. Ms. Hull holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emory University and an M.B.A from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business.

Hal Gassenheimer

Hal Gassenheimer brings over 40 years of financial and general management experience to Littlebanc. Prior to joining Littlebanc, Mr. Gassenheimer managed a number of turnarounds in an executive capacity. Recently, Mr. Gassenheimer has served as COO of MAMC, a mortgage lender and servicer, working first with a CRO and then a Receiver, when this entity, with $280 million under management, became insolvent, participating in all aspects of the sale of assets to achieve maximum possible recovery. Prior to MAMC, he served as CFO of Avalon Research, building financial management control systems and procedures; developing and managing a major downsizing and cost cutting program; and handling all financial aspects of the sale of the Company to a British public company.  Prior to this role, he served as Treasurer of Cunard Line Limited, a division of Carnival Corporation where, as part of the turnaround team, he rebuilt the controls, systems and procedures for cash management; developed worldwide banking, foreign exchange, credit card processing relationships and money delivery systems essential to the operation of a fleet of seven cruise ships that navigated the globe. Prior to that, he participated as a partner with responsibility for finance in several large real estate development projects.  In this capacity he developed and managed previously nonexistent financial control systems, quality control procedures and arranged debt financing.  He also introduced computerized reporting requirements with the banks, greatly increasing efficiency and credibility.  Mr. Gassenheimer’s career also includes 23 years in executive positions with ExxonMobil where he developed expertise in international tax, legal and accounting matters, complex transfer pricing issues, international trading, leading major contract negotiations and logistics operations management.

Kevin J. Gadawski, CPA, CVA, brings to Littlebanc more than 20 years of financial, operational and sales experience. Prior to joining Littlebanc, Mr. Gadawski was the President of NL Strategies, Inc., a consulting firm that delivered financial and operational leadership to companies across a variety of industries, as well as provided forensic analysis services for both valuation and forensic accounting matters. Prior to founding NL Strategies, Mr. Gadawski was President of First Check Diagnostics, LLC, a successful medical device company. While at First Check, Mr. Gadawski obtained regulatory clearance for new and unique products, expanded distribution with all major retail accounts, grew revenues more than 350%, and negotiated the sale of the company to a key supplier at nearly seven times ROI.

Mr. Gadawski also served as President of Worldwide Medical, Inc., where he developed and implemented a turnaround plan leading the company out of bankruptcy to financial solvency, ultimately culminating in the sale of the company at nearly two times investor dollars in less than 18 months.

In addition to his executive leadership at medical device companies, Mr. Gadawski is a seasoned financial professional and has held Chief Financial Officer roles at several public companies. Mr. Gadawski holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.

Ms. Davis has extensive experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Littlebanc Advisors, LLC, Ms. Davis served as Senior Compliance Officer for Boca Raton, FL based American Securities Group, Inc. There she was responsible for overseeing branch personnel and all compliance activities. Prior to American Securities Group, Inc., Ms. Davis was responsible for operations and client/sales support for Amerifinancial. Before these responsibilities, she provided sales and operations support at Avalon Research Group, Inc. Ms. Davis began her career at Motorola, Inc., as an Enterprise & Partner Sales Assistant. Ms. Davis maintains the General Securities Representative (Series 7), General Securities Principal (Series 24), Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66) and Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) registrations. She also has a Life, Health & Variable Annuity License. Ms. Davis holds a Business Management Degree from Northwood University.

Allyson Ayers

Ms. Ayers has experience in both an editorial and marketing capacity, honing her writing and marketing skills with internships and full-time positions at local and national companies, including positions at both Hearst Corporation and Southern Progress Corporation, a subsidiary of Time Inc. During her graduate studies, Ms. Ayers worked for an interactive start-up iPhone application company, developing press materials, curating press contacts, and launching social media campaigns. Prior to joining Littlebanc, Ms. Ayers completed her master's degree in entrepreneurship at the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida. In addition, Ms. Ayers holds a B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in English from the University of Florida.

Mark Loncaric

Mark Loncaric has experience in both a sales and development capacity. During his undergraduate studies at the Ohio State University, Mr. Loncaric worked in The Office of Development for three years. He began as a caller contacting alumni and friends of the university and personally raised more than $45,000 before being promoted to a supervisory position. As a supervisor, Mr. Loncaric worked with a team to oversee the operations of The Office of Development call center, a department responsible for raising more than $2 million annually. Mr. Loncaric holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.
